All this stuff seems to be similar. I'm not getting the difference.
Best I had so far had to be down by NYU. Place down there on the corner of 4th St.
I'm going to Brooklyn today. What you recommend?

Traditional - John's Pizza (bleecker & jones street) is the best for a whole pie (they don't serve slices). If you just want a slice, Joes (carmine and 6th ave) is hard to beat.
If you want something a little more exotic, Roberta's in Bushwick is the way to go. Try the "bee sting" it's cheese, chili flakes, soppressata and honey. I'd say try that if you are already out in BK

Grimaldis in Brooklyn. Right near the bridge. There may be a line, but it moves fast. Especially for singles/couples.

That would be a no. There're plenty of bad places in NY, but obviously great ones too.

Grimaldi's.
Also try to get to Lombardi's, but it's not in Brooklyn.

Enjoyed Keste when we went a couple years ago. Not sure where it ranks, not typical NYC pizza. Definitely wouldn't be considered usual.

Patsy's in Chelsea was semi-legit, but I'm not an NY pizza guy.

I'm a Lucali fan myself. I think it has the best crust of any I've had.
