SLU Spring Game

SLU spring game this morning.
They are legit and way better than last year. Should go undeafeated and win it all. They will beat Tulane.
Bennett is back and defense is sick. Got a couple LSU recruits and Jordan Allen is also close to coming.

Yea as a Mcneese fan I'm not looking forward to playing you guys this season. SLU should win the whole thing they will be fun to watch

Wouldn't mind watching that defense this year. They have a kid from Farmerville down there on offense that I hope can get sone catches at wr too,

Defense will scary good when they get healthy. DL is loaded. 2 bigtime starting LBs missed spring game today. One coming off surgery but will be ready for season and the other with a minor injury and could have played if needed. Eugene just had sugery but will be ready for season. Harlan Miller is a stud. Should be a good year.

Hard to believe that SLU gets that much better after having best year in school history but man this team is talented. LB core is going to be special and secondary is flat out loaded. I see no weak spots anywhere. It looks like the Lions are better at every single position defensively as compared to last year.

I agree, I also think Chris Briggs at a legit 6'4 will bring something different to the WRs.
I think I'll purchase season tickets, I really enjoyed the atmosphere last year.

JW, whats your source for Allen? If that happens the defense will be incredible, and with an offense with as big of potential as they have, they may run the table.

Allen was at a few practices this week. And told some players his plan is to come there. Briggs isn't eligible to play this year though
