Costa will repair/replace the frame for around 60$ if the lenses are fine.

Go to costa's website and get a repair order. I sent two pair in last year. They replaced mine for free because of wear and tear, all I had to pay was the shipping one way.

How did you break them?
Look into buying a pair of Reflekts. They have loss or damage warranty. You could lose them or break them and they replace them for free.

I broke the frame on my costas and it only cost me $20-25 to send them off and got a brand new frame. Luckily you didn't break the lenses. They aren't so cheap.

Yep, send those puppies in. They might try to f*ck with you but just push and they'll hook you up. I have used the interim period while mine were away to buy some really awesome raybans and polos but I always come back to costa for the lens quality.
