Man wastes no time.

I thought it was unique how he didn't BS at all about coming back. Even when its obvious players usually give BS answers about being focused on Now.

Glad to see he's making good investments with the relatively small guaranteed money he gets in his rookie deal

This was in Toronto so I bet he didn't spend a dollar actually...... Raptors would love to get this kid just for the ticket sales factor not his unusually long wing span and vertical

You think he paid for that. If the Raptors didn't give him the tickets one of the many agents fighting to sign him as a client did.

He will make more money with a single game check than what these tickets cost.

Not to mention the massive shoe deal he is likely to sign. The rumor was $180 million from Adidas.

You do know that his dad was a former first round pick that spent several years in the NBA and his mom was a silver medalist in the Olympics. I'm sure he wasn't poor to begin with

That was a hoax. And it was before he underachieved.

His family is wealthy.

And there is a 0% chance he sniffs a $100 million dollar deal let alone $180

Wiggins is getting a shoe deal as big as Rose without ever playing a game?

Makes sense for Adidas

Adidas has pegged Wiggins as their prime target—and they would be willing to open up the bank for him. Of course, no meetings or official offers can be made until Wiggins declares for the 2014 draft after his season at Kansas.

"(Adidas) is easily the front-runner, 100 percent," said Rich Lopez, the publisher of the popular sneaker website KixandtheCity.com.

"From what I'm hearing, (Adidas) is really high on him," an industry source said. "I've heard a range for sure, from like $140 to $180 million for like 10 years. That's a big deal for a kid coming out of school because most rookie deals are probably like four years."

"I'm hearing from people at Kansas that he's got a $180 million offer supposedly coming from Adidas," a source close to Wiggins' inner circle said. "But I also heard that Nike is going to match anything."

This was all before the college season so who knows.

Yeah, but that was when everyone thought he was going to be the guaranteed #1 pick and be an absolute stud in the NBA.

Most scouts would still tell you this.

But his hype has definitely calmed down since before the season. Wall only got 25 million coming out of school and he was the most popular/flashy/marketable number one pick since LeBron IMO.

Lebron only got 90 million when he came out.

That was 11 years ago though so who knows.

D Rose is making like 185 from Adidas right now I think. And that was AFTER he won the MVP

If he ends up as Buck then there is no way it happens, but if he ends up as a Laker than it honestly wouldn't surprise me.
