These guys that aren't officially enrolled and on campus...

What are they doing to prepare for this fall while they aren't training with the team? Does the coaching staff put them on a self-training program?

I know Dupre was working out with the Saints DB but I'm sure there is a structure to what they are doing on a day to day basis.

They are given a workout program that they have to follow. If they show up to campus out of shape, they are a year behind all of the other Freshmen

They get instructions from the coaches on the workouts and drills they should do. Also, they're getting all that h.s. poon before it's too late.

Wrong. He got the poon from someone too early. Plus, it wasn't even poon. It was, like, throat poon.

A month earlier when he was 17 it would have been legal. So too late.

They are mailed a work-out plan to follow in high school, like March, April, May, etc. They all go to summer school in June and follow the team work-outs to get in shape for august. They had a Mon/Wed/Fri plan and a Tues/Thurs/Sat plan. One was to lift weights 3 days a week and run sprints and stuff 2 days a week. I know from what my son had to do 14 years ago. The killer is the first day of practice, they have to run 10 100 yard sprints ,plus one ,eleven total to start August practice. They are told what to do to prepare.
