Cochon Butcher expanding

From 30 seats to 120. I wasn't aware of this. Apparently will be done by April 23rd.

The current space will be devoted to the retail cases of meats and the butchering. The space next door will have the kitchen, the main dining room and a full bar.
The retail offerings will expand to include more prepared items. The new kitchen has a vent hood, which will allow Butcher to finally fry.

Its been in the works. The GM sits next to me at Saints Games and told me they were expanding. I love that place.
