Saw picks on NFLN for the division yesterday. 2 for Tampa, 1 for New Orleans.

Saints - A (would be an A+ if we get a vet center)
Falcons - C (overpaying mediocre linemen isn't the way to go)
Bucs - A (great offseason)
Carolina - WT F

Bucs A (I don't see immediate success, but they did a good job of getting rid of guys that didn't fit and bringing in their guys)
Saints A- (Set themselves up nice to go BPA in the draft and make a run the next couple of years)
Falcons B (the only move I didn't like of theirs was Hester. I do think they did a good job of addressing their line woes, although they still have a ways to go; depth is an issue)
Carolina D (there's no way to sugar coat it; they haven't upgraded at any spot)

I think the Lovie Smith hire in Tampa Bay was excellent for them. I'm willing to bet Tampa will be chopping at our feet as early as this season because Lovie Smith will be looking for signature wins to build his team in the coming years. I think Atlanta fires Mike Smith this season - I don't see them breaking 8-8 this year - losing Tony Gonzales was huge for them, and I don't see them replacing him AND fixing their line in one season. I don't think Rivera is the answer for Carolina, could be wrong, but I think this year's FA f-up for them will have far reaching effects in the coming seasons.
