I watch a lot of police dramas here in Japan on cable and one thing I've noticed on ALL of them.
There is always a straight up fist fight between a woman, usually a cop, and a man, usually a criminal.
And the women beats the shite out of the man EVERYTIME.
So...despite the delusions of Hollywood, has any man out there has his arse whooped by a woman.
I haven't.

Trained is trained. A trained woman will often beat an untrained nan but a trained man will often beat an untrained woman...

a very well trained woman might, might be able to hold her own against an untrained man if she has a considerable size advantage. Would help a lot if she's much, much bigger and very athletic vs a small out of shape guy, and can get the jump on him and kick him in the nuts or take out a knee or somesuch. If the guy is similar in size or bigger, or has any training at all, or knows what's coming, she doesn't stand much of a chance.
I'm one of the biggest promoters of female equality/opportunity you'll find, but there's no denying biology, and men are much stronger, pound for pound.
The other thing to consider is It's not real wise to fight a cop, regardless of gender, because there are more where that one came from and they'll keep coming after you, and no matter the circumstances, you're the one resisting arrest. So if a hypothetical female cop wants to wail on me for a while, I'll cover up and minimize the damage until she gets tired, on the theory that whatever she does, the alternative is likely to be worse.

I don't think most cops are trained enough to bridge that gender gap, but if they have really trained mma for a couple years, they will jack you up. Don't even think you have a chance if you've never boxed, wrestled, or Thai boxed

Had a dyke( man wanna be) that was trying to start up with me years ago at a party. She was all of 5'1 110 lbs and I'm 6'3" 250 lbs. I never hit a woman but I wanted to knock the hell out of her/it.....she really thought she could take me,she was drunk....I guess all the ink on her arms and neck made her a man

20 years ago this question would be considered absurd. Nowadays with all these skinny-jean wearing, hipster friend-zoned pussies on one hand and trucker butch lesbians on the other? Oh hell yeah.
And that's not even counting all the limp wrested emo whiners... And then there's also the pedo broney crowd, as well. The more you think about the more pathetic men are becoming as a group.

That last time I saw a female whoop a male was when I was in 8th grade. A big ole 6th grade girl beat a 7th grade tall and lanky guy up. At one point I remember her chasing him down and pummelling him some more. But since then, no.

In high school my friends cousin was one of the top girls in USA Boxing, I saw her demolish some kid who had a considerable size advantage.

You must know me because that same exact scenario happened to me, except we were both in 6th grade. She was about 5' and 300lbs. Bitch fricked me up in front of the whole school.
Years later in my early 20's, I was in the theater with my gf and she happened to be sitting right in front of us. Mid movie, she turned around and recognized me and told me to go get her baby some tissue paper. I did it immediately. My girlfriend couldn't believe how much of a bitch I was.
