How many of you here knew that the Tesla Model S sedan was a 7-seater car?

Not really. Those seats back there are for the little fire fighters. They jump out and extinguish the blaze when the car catches fire.

How fricking awkward is it when you pull up behind a Tesla with two people staring back at you?

When did they stop making it a 7 seater?

Couldn't pay me enough to ride around in a car like that. Whoever would put a child back there should be arrested for child endangerment.

This guy. It won't help their stock price in the event of a market correction, though. It's a great company, but the overvaluation is at nosebleed levels.

Shows how much you know. The Tesla Model S is pretty much the safest car on the road.

So now SEVEN people at a time can be either stranded or barbecued. Nice.

Its more of a tech company than a car company and that is reflected in the stock price. I for one wouldn't bet against them but if you feel that confident you should short them.

Do you not remember station wagons. Most had a jump seat facing the rear

There has been a lot of money lost recently on investors betting against them

They say the same about the smart car frames as well. Somehow I don't believe things would end well with a truck or suv plowing into the back of it on the highway. And I or my kids wouldn't want to be the ones to find out.

Notice the angle of that hatch door openning and how close the tops of the seats are to it!

No wonder the seats have 5 point harnesses!

Made my money when Tesla went from $60-$180 and got out. I know they've increased still, and don't think they'll drop anytime soon. But can't keep it in good faith knowing in the end it's still a car company. Yes, a lot of people say it's stock price is based on that it's more of a tech company, but I can't buy it. Ultimately I think the company will succeed though. But anyway, that's a discussion for the money board.
