Do any of yall eat chicken feet?

I've eaten them at Dim Sum in BR. They tasted how chickens smell

I know they are a delicacy in asia. ill eat almost anything. but something that walks in chicken shite... I better hear a good recipe

I would assume any good recipe would call for washing off the chicken shite first.

Cut the talons off and clean well. Then boil them for a couple hours on low boil in seasoned water or stock. Then season and fry for a couple minutes with or without batter. Then get to chewing. They are gelatinous and chewy as well as crispy from the frying. Spit the bones out like sunflower seeds.

Toss in a sauce after frying too like any type wing sauce. Good stuff.
