Saints safety Rafael Bush won his appeal of a $21,000 fine for a hit on Seattle receiver Percy Harvin in the divisional round of the NFC playoffs, his agent Brian Anderson said Thursday.
Bush, who re-signed with the Saints this week after New Orleans matched an offer sheet Atlanta presented, tweeted the news late Wednesday night.

Did they call that "defenseless receiver" or a helmet hit? Or was it "not playing nice"?

Good for Bush. The hit was shoulder to upper chest & should have never been flagged to begin with. That's just today's NFL though. Any & all violent hits on receivers will draw a flag.

Good.
Said then after watching it on ST 50 times that percy lowered his head as Bush was already committed with his shoulder.

My question is what f@cktards are doing the reviews and are they based in atl?

Maybe he'll take less money from the Saints now to give a little more cap room.

I think everyone overreacted because it was against Percy "Glass Sword" Harvin.

Yeah, I also tend to forget to keep track of things involving chump change like 21k.

The life of an NFL player.

The problem is the life of an ex-nfl player is drastically different bc they have this attitude.

Not really what he's saying.

What he said is he didn't realize how long it took. If I had 21k on the table, I would know to the second how long it has been since it was taken, at every second of every day until I got it.

I'm sure those appeal processes take a while, and most of it is done through their agents. Maybe it takes even longer during the offseason. I'm sure it was more of a "was it really that long ago?".

It was. Absolutely should not have been a penalty though.

welcome to today's NFL; in 5 yrs or so, I'm sure we'll look back and be like, how was he not ejected for that hit?

Oh I'm with you. Nothing bothers me more than knowing a flag is coming after a perfectly clean hit because it was a really hard hit. And these days it comes out every single time.
