What should I do with my old 360?

I have had my ps4 for a bit now but just got xbone yesterday. Trying to figure out what my best option is in br area for getting some value for my old xbox 360 slim. Not looking to make a killing just anything is better than it collecting dust.
I would prefer to meet someone local ie craigslist or bring to a store as opposed to ebay and having to sign up for that and pay pal

Straight trade or did you pony up extra cash? I'd be interested in that possibility. It's a 250g slim w kinect and about 6 late 2013 releases. If that would get me to a wii u I'd be down but don't want to fork anything else out from my pocket since I've bought 2 new systems recently.

i got the zelda edition, i think with everything i got it was right at 100, I don't remember exactly though.

i kept my old xbox, when the 360's came out, had a buddy mod it and put a bunch of older NES games on it, for the first few months i played that over the 360 lol
