With Matt Moore probably needing Tommy John, who to pick up?

Fairly new to fantasy baseball. Had Moore but he injured his UCL, going see Dr. Andrews so he's probably done.
Who should I pick up?

We have 5 bench spots which seems kind of low to me but I honestly have no idea if it is or not.
