So was Bert an epic friendzoner with Mary Poppins or was he just a friend who wouldn't take her bullshite and was crushing OT 8s on the reg?
I lean towards the latter. He was making the ladies in the crowd swoon during his freestyle sessions.

Nah I think Poppins is a freak. But yeah Bert was definitely plugging hammers with those moves and the hallucinogens he was slipping in their pourage.

...is the reason they generally didn't let Americans try English accents for decades. And when they did - it was terrible things like Costner in Robin Hood.
Renee Zellweger (Bridget Jones) and Pete Dinklage (Tyrion Lannister) have kind of broken that streak of bad English accents by Americans, but that's a long time...
And don't get me started on bad Scottish/Irish accents.
