Miley Cyrus fan cries over cancelled show

I remember in 99 or '00 Metallica and a whole bunch of bands where at this show in Dallas at Texas stadium.
Four of us packed into Psycho ho's tiny mustang and rode to Dallas by way of Houston. It was me, my roommate and his brother and this Golden Girl we hung out with, I forgot her real name but we called her Psycho ho. She wanted to got to Astroworld first even though I explained that Dallas had a Six Flags. So we spent the first day at Houston, in a cheap hotel near Astroworld that advertised hourly rates. We didn't care, we just bought cases of beers and drank. We would finish the case she would run in and get another. On the way to Dallas we discovered the "dry county" that is a crazy thing, to not be able to purchase alcohol.
Anyway, it sucked in Houston, trip (Park was closed, didn't call ahead) went to the Mall and drove around instead. Trip to Dallas sucked.
Get there and After a really good concert, Metallica announced James Hetfield wasn't feeling good and wouldn't be singing. Instead Kid Rock and Jonathan Davis took over for him and sung as front men for Metallica.
So it wasn't as bad. But after that trip and that long ride back in the back of a mustang drunk on Naty light, I probably shed a tear. Lol
