My Xbox One has essentially bricked. It won't receive power, and I've spoke with Microsoft and they say it will have to be repaired (frick you Microsoft, my PS3 is still going strong after 6+ years).

Anyways, I bought my Xbox from Best Buy with their 2 year warranty. Does it void any sort of Microsoft warranty for Best Buy to repair it? Not really sure how how all of that works so if anybody has any experience let me know.

Much appreciated

Just take it back to Best Buy if you paid for the extended warranty. They should replace the whole system for you.

"Hey, I'm Karen! Welcome to Best Buy. How may I help you?"

"fricking xbox stopped working or some shite, bruh.?"

"Oh well, that's unfortunate. Did you purchase our extended warranty plan?"

"Yeah. Yeah, I did."

You show her your receipt as proof. Otherwise, she probably wouldn't believe you. Not because it's company policy, but because you're wearing a Tupac t-shirt and have matted up, dirty, facial hair.

Does best buy even repair them? They should straight up replace it.
