Anyone have experience with Tidewater Boats?

I have seen them at 2 different boat shows but dont know much about them. Are they good hulls? Any history I should know about them. Hull kind of reminds me of the old Key West boats.

If I'm not mistaken (I probably am) these are the old Sea Pro molds or something.

Ahh that does look like a sea pro.. The Sea Pro SV2100 looks like the same boat at the Tidewater 2100 Bay Max. Explains why I could hardly find any used models.
