New Orleans Gunsmith

I have a Sig AR15 that locked up after a jam yesterday. I can't pull the slide back so I need to take it to a gunsmith to have him take a look at it.
Can anyone recommend a good gunsmith in the New Orleans area?

Bang the buttstock end on the ground while pulling the charging handle, and it will break free.

Thanks for the great advice. That worked like a charm but it still sticks every time it goes back to that position. I'm going to give it a good cleaning and oil everything to see if that helps.

After giving it a good cleaning and oiling everything works perfectly except the safety.
You can only switch between safety and fire when the slide is pulled back.
Any ideas what causes this?

The safety on an AR can only be put on safe if it is in battery. Like if you pull the latch and charge it, then pull the trigger you can't put it on safety till you pull the latch again.

And yes the safety cannot be activated unless the hammer is back.
