Whom is "PEEJ" and why are there half a dozen threads about him?

I browsed his post history for about 5 minutes and 5 of his previous 7 NCAA tournament picks before the Final 4 were right.
He picked
Florida over UCLA and Dayton (Not shocking picks, but he got them right)
Arizona over SD State
Dayton over Stanford
Michigan over Tennessee
He missed Kentucky over Michigan and Baylor over Wisconsin
