in about 15 years not to have a "teaser" or epilogue scene at the end of or during the credits.

probably because at the time DC had no clue about the next step.

Marvel has always had a plan and the end scene were great to tie into that plan

Intriguing.

I didn't realize having a plan for the plot from the start rather than merely extending the story as an afterthought to pursue as long as the money was there was considered a negative.

I'm pretty sure none of Nolan's Batman movies had end credit scenes.

And I'm glad they didn't. That was for the best and a wise decision as they would be stuck with something they pulled out of their arse and then being forced to try to cram that through for the sequel and it would likely bomb.

Could you imagine how fricked the Nolan trilogy would've been if TDK had a end credit scene and Ledger was involved in it and he still died?

Superman is DC. Marvel does the end of credits Easter Eggs. Green Lantern was the only DC movie to have an in-credits scene.

No, I'm pretty sure all of the non-Marvel Cinematic Universe movies didnt have one.

I'm sure none of the Nolan Batman movies had one and I'm pretty sure that none of the original Spiderman or X-men movies did either

Are we making a statement of fact or a value judgement?

Does Commish Gordon giving Batman the Joker's card count?

That's how you do a teaser.

It was definitely an easter egg for the fans but Nolan wisely put that in BEFORE the credits. So no, it doesn't count.

So how does that change it? So credits make all the difference in the placement of an easter egg teaser?

Easter Egg encompases anything in the movie that is "hidden" (by being on the screen briefly or as a brief mention). Or "hidden" by appearing after the credits have begun.

Winter Soldier had both (graphics that mentioned other characters, brief mentions of Marvel characters, mid credits scene, end of credits scene....

Oh of course, but the Nolan fans seem to disagree.

No. A final scene or epilogue do not count as an Easter Egg.
