This might be a closer QB battle than I expected.

I was expecting the numbers to be a lot worse than this. Harris is a huge boost, with a long way to go.

If we have to start true freshman QB LSU will have 4-5 losses

It amazes me when people say this. And no I'm not all for Harris starting.

If the defense progresses as it should, I don't see us losing 4 or 5. Another 2-3 loss season.

No. LSU has a great schedule this year and teams all around the SEC are having to break in new QBs any ways.. and by the way.. LSU wins regardless of QB play.. so any good or great talent back there would be a huge boost. LSU will be run heavy any ways and the defense is back!

Exactly. At first I was against starting a true freshman, but if he's clearly better than might as well get him in there this season along with breaking in all the other new talent.

The rant doesn't like white qb's. I thought everyone knew this?

I agree. I think Harris will be the starter at some point of the year and will do fine. He'll make mistakes but think the defense will carry the team regardless of who the QB may be.

The main stat for me is INT's. Jewnnings seems to have a problem in this area.

Jennings doesn't look comfortable out there. Reminds me of the JJ/Lee years. Harris looks like a natural, think he'll be a good one down the road.

Dude has a tendency to throw high. I saw it in practice last week. He overthrew a receiver in the Bowl game resultin in a INT. He lobs balls or lofts them when he should be firing it the hell in there.

I'm so sick of seeing this crap. Why can't people get behind a freshmen QB?

Truth be told, Brandon has a stronger arm, is a better runner, and is more confident than AJ.

That's just the facts.

Exactly what I thought. Brandon looked like a starting QB.

Brandon was having fun out there. Looked loose and confident.

Anthony looked tense, even before the game started he looked tense.
