I'm thinking Eastern worm snake?

On second thought, took another picture, and from this angle I think it might be a king snake

Now at this angle it looks more like a Moroccan species.

The pic above leads me to believe it is a Habibi Shriner snake

Eastern Worm Snake LINK Eastern worm snake has smooth scales and a sharp tip tail. (Sharp tip tail?)

Rough Ground Snake LINK Keeled scales and young snakes are darker than adults. (In your pic it appears the snake has keeled scales. )

It's one of these unless someone else can help with the I. D.

I'm thinking a worm snake.

My kids and cousin are having a blast playing with it. And I'm having a blast screwing with my aunt with it. She's freaking out.
