suggestions?

What do you play? Does it need to be USSSA/ASA/etc?

For low compression balls, I like the Louisville Slugger Z-line. Z1000s will be old stamp and tough to find, but are crazy hot. Z2000 are new stamp and are hot. Z3000 has had some durability issues, but I have one now and like it. Not completely broken in yet but still hot.

The new Miken Psycho is an extremely hot new stamped bat. Absolutely stupid straight out of the wrapper. Same with the Freaks.

Worth 454 Sick line is nice too.

My overall favorites are the Easton lines, though. Every bat they make is crazy hot and have excellent durability. They are pricey but they're worth it.

Hope this helps

Last time I did that I nearly started a fight in the top of the 7th inning. When I drink my mouth tends to take over for my brain... But I did pitch 4 strikeouts that game so drinking beforehand definitely has it's advantages.

I've got a Easton Synergy SRV3 speed BH. Every Z I've ever hit has been hot. You got the Miken Psycho on hand?

I don't. A teammate does. I've got the endload Z-3000 and a decent but older Easton on hand.

I played third base at pelican park for years. I needed to drink as much as I could before games. The ball comes quick on that turf.
