If you got the call that you needed to come up with a ransom for your kidnapped kid, how much cash could you get your hands on without calling anyone in your family?

What about if you were able to contact your immediate family and no one else?

Is this during business hours? Night? Weekend? Holiday?

It all depends.

I wouldn't need money, because I don't have it.

What I do have is a very particular set of skills...

4 hours $10,000 - in 24 hours, $50,000 - without having to contact anyone, sell anything or borrow any money.

If I could contact the inner circle, I could probably double that.

You thinking about kidnapping my kids? Good luck, 2 of them are military, and the 3rd is the "mean" one.

In that case, few hundred thousand. But it would be draining IRA's, 401k, stocks, line of credit and cash advances on credit cards.
