They were up against the bank in about a foot of water

That's a good mess of fish! I'm so jealous. I grew up fishing Fausse Point as it was about 15 minutes from my house. I don't have a boat anymore and haven't been in at least 8 years.

They have flatboats and canoes for rent. You can mop up on bass and bream by the cabins. Also the bridge to get in the park holds bass

Beatle spin or under cork?
Just wondering if they're chasing. I was in Henderson last week, was in a small dead end cut that was loaded down with them. They were swimming up to my , but I couldn't get them to bite a damn thing.

I caught a white one and hooked another on a medium/small sized chartreuse spinner bait earlier this week.

I mentioned under the bridge in an earlier post. I want to say they were schooling and it was around late summer. They were feeding on shiners.
