Termite Contract Renewal?

We have been in our house for 9 years and have been paying DA Exterminating $85 per year for standard treatment. (Covington, LA area)
Today, they are coming out to review our options at the 10 year mark (renewal / full treatment).
How much $$ am I looking at here?
Getting a lil nervous, they would not talk $ over the phone.
Any advice here OT?

If your provider is like the others, they don't talk money over the phone so that they can come and pitch you their additional services and try and help you "save money."

$3.-$4. per foot for liquid termiticide treatment. Double this for some type of bait system.
Also, since you will be signing a brand new contract it would not hurt to shop around. Most likely you will be proposed bait because the sales person will make more. If he/she does not offer a liquid price ask for one.
They will probably try to sell you on the bait with some kind of wood replacement warranty.
Happy Hunting...

Where do you live? I work in the industry, let me know if you need any other advice. Nows the time to shop around but always be Leary of fine print.
