I just kicked in the nuts

Fished a little fruit jar last night on Cypress. An hour in motor just shuts down. I mean it won't do anything, no accessories work including trim. Thought I blew a fuse, but they were all good. Switched the cables to a trolling motor battery. Still nothing. Finally got it on the trailer two hours later after spending 30 minutes in the water trying to lift he motor up manually. Took it to my mechanic this morning. ECU was blown and the stator was bad. $1200. frick
