I want to add my landlord/property manager Net terms account forms on my website in the property managers section, but don't really know how to add a pdf or a txt(or docx) to a HTML site to make it to where you can click on a link to download or an image.

PDF links work just like HTML links. It's just an a href that points to the pdf file on your server.

I was coming to post, "Is this 1996 or is this a trick question?"
