Ahh, the joys of serving on an HOA Board re: Giant Genetically engineered Carp

So my ever so well intentioned but naïve neighbor, bless her heart, thinks Giant Carp in one of our neighborhood ponds is responsible for a series of baby duck and turtle disappearances of late.
Has nothing to do with the 7lb large mouths, garfish and snakes. Its the carp I tell ya. The carp!

asian/grass carp aren't carnivores, so she is just be naive
though i have seem them eat fish food, so i reckon they can develop a taste for ammino acids/protein
