las vegas group dining

hey guys doing a week long work conference in two weeks in vegas. staying at ceasers and we have a free night and boss wants me to take 3 or 4 accounts out to dinner.
it will be around 8-12 people total and heres the key, has to be under $90 a head total. thats food, drinks, tax and tip. sounds like a lot but it doesnt go far.
looking for something within walking distance from Ceasers. Prefer a non steakhouse as that can get pricey with everything a la carte.

I just came back from Vegas yesterday. The Mesa Grill in Caesars was excellent. Dinner prices range from 25-40. Apps are 8-14. We got out of there for about 100 per person. All depends how much you drink! But the food was amazing.

Koi for sushi and the like? I initially was going to recommend CUT but then you said non steakhouse

The Steakhouse at Circus Circus. Circus Circus is a dump, but The Steakhouse isn't. If you decide to, let me know, I have a waiter there that will take care of you.
