Investment Election

My 401k just recently switched to ING and I have the option of switching to an Investment Election to where they allocate and pick the funds for me. Would you recommend me doing this and if so I am thinking on choosing the "Growth" option to where it is somewhat aggressive but not too aggressive. What are some of your opinions?
