Juban Crossing Layout

After seeing some walls go up it seems to match the layout in this link. Does anyone know if the stores listed are now official? Havent seen much posted about it since the redesign.

Having a close movie theatre and the Rouses are the only real things I care about getting there. A Zea's will be nice too.

FWIW, i think that plan might just be based on proposed stores, and not necessarily agreements

ive heard it mentioned that they are planning to put a roundabout at the juban/florida intersection
if they plan to do that, it would be ideal for them to get moving with that

oh i hadn't heard that. that'd be neat. i was gonna say i wasn't a fan of the entrance radii on those roundabouts in the layout, but i didn't wanna be a tool.

They need to make an Exit 11 before Juban becomes a clusterfrick with this development. Be proactive with transportation, not reactive. Yes I know things cost money.
