The Chevelle thread got me wondering what ever happened to breaking Benjamin. They haven't has new music since 09.

Saw them open for Fuel at the varsity back in like 05', just as they were coming onto the scene. They put on a great show. Caught them like 3-4yrs later in the river center and they were absolute shite.

I vaguely remember something about a breakup and a big dispute over who got to keep the name. Not sure on the finer points though.

Saw them in 2006 I think it was. I just remember the lead singer wearing a load of hair gel and the bass player wearing all sorts of FUBU shite and prancing around the whole time waving his tongue.

They broke up but were supposedly getting back together recently. I guess that never happened. Saw them get booed pretty hard when they opened for Godsmack in 03.

Never got into the Panama City monkey rock scene, but I thought BB was a pretty good band. Lead singer is a head case, even by comparison of other lead singers

I want to say they opened for a big rock act at thr MS Coast Coliseum within the last year or so. Trying to remember. I'm not usually a fan of those kinds of bands, but they had a pretty solid output.

Yup they are back.
Had a really ugly legal battle and all the members eventually quit, Ben put together a new band basically. They're doing a real small acoustic tour right now in the northeast.
