Where does the song "PATCHES" rank up there with you?

I had never heard it before. I don't think it's going to become one of my very favorite songs, but it's pretty cool.

Clarence Carter was very popular on the southern soul circuit during the 60s. Look up some of his stuff - Patches is far from his best work, but that song was the only one he did that charted nationally. For a good overview of his work look up the collection called "The Fame Singles." Fame was the label that he recorded for the better part of his career.
