Kids racing in cars around a dirt track.
This girl crashes and her car catches on fire.
A guy rushes in and pulls her out of the fire and saves her life.
The hero is shot and killed by his grandpa in their kitchen.

Watched the girl race in Wichita Saturday night. Everyone that gets in those things has to be a little crazy. Being in those little cages so close to the fuel. It says a lot that they'll allow a 12 year old out on the track too. That should tell you the quality of some of the drivers.
She didn't fare too well on Saturday. There were drivers from 15 states there to race for $5,000. She didn't even make it out of the heat races to get to the a-main final.
She talked about the ordeal during the intermission but didn't mention the hero getting shot by his grandfather. Had to save some sadness for Rinaldi I guess.
