There has to be an issue in the clubhouse. Any inside info?

To my recollection, Bregman has only 3 hits in the SEC.

I think they're just slumping right now. They will get better for sure.
The only question is how much better?

There was a fight at halftime involving T-Bob Hebert. It had racial overtones.

Not a close watcher of baseball, but they just don't seem to be anything special.

PM needs to get this team off center quick. This is all on the coach, IMO. He has the best facilities and athletes to pick from to be underperforming like this. This is a shite storm.

I think breg's slump is killing the rest of the team. Its tough when your best player is batting less than .100 since the start of SEC play.

Guys, relax. At least it's only baseball.

for some baseball is as important or more than football.

we got the same feeling football had during Lee and JJ's first season.

baseball is a damn strange sport...there is often no rhyme or reason to which team wins individual games...

Don't know. The thing that stings is that maybe 10 programs give a shite at all about baseball, and few have the resources and tradition of lsu.

Hopefully it's just a slump.

Most of the players on the baseball team believe JL should have started in 2011, Javi is hard core team JJ.

only to rantards. LSU baseball until late was as popular as football, especially in the 90s.

Down year most likely. Lost too much firepower and too much of the leadership from last year... PM will bring 'em back as much as possible. Bring on Wisconsin...

Robertson, Laird, Stevenson all easy outs consistently which is why it is hard to have big innings because they're going to come to bat and hit it in the infield to kill that. Bregman, Ibara and Foster not hitting is huge and Chinea not being an offensive threat hurts as well. Sacrificing having the fastest outfield in the NCAA's is equaling to having the quickest 3 up 3 down innings in return.

Pitching is Nola. Poche could get more wins if we could score runs. We just don't have a 3rd pitcher or at least one who can keep the opponent under 5 or 6 runs to keep us in the game. The bullpen has guys who look good one game and not so good the next.

I could go on but I think this is a start. It's time to give Sciambra and Fraley starts for a while to see how they do offensively. Lone bright spot is Scivicque and also McMullen if there is nobody on first base.

Calling bullshite. Football was more popular and more profitable when it (football) sucked and baseball was running the table in Omaha.
