Housing Interest rate speculation: Up or down

I am closing on a house in 60 days and need to lock in a rate eventually.
The more I wait, the more 'points' I could capture, but this means that rates could also go up. What do you think now with the Feds signal?

get a quote on a 60 day lock. i think they will be up .25 from todays rate in 60 days.

Lock it in. Rates are going up. I got 4.25% 30 days ago.

We closed on our loan at the end of January.It was 4.125
I still get rate quotes from the lender and it was 4.375 today.

pulled rates this morning and 4.5% on 45 day locks and 4.375% on 30 day lock.

I was able to lock my interest rate in yesterday at 4.25 with no payment Thanks everyone
