Supreme court women have it wrong

It seems the female justices on the court contend that Hobby Lobby is not being forced to provide health insurance that covers birth control. In their mind they can simply pay the tax.
Isn't that the same as telling an individual you don't have to buy health insurance but if you don't you will go to jail? or face big fines?
It is coercion by government plain and simple.
The correct logic IMHO is if one wants contraception coverage in an insurance plan then they should look for an employer that has it. Why is the burden on the employer rather than the individual?
This is another example of the liberal attitude concerning the abilities and intelligence of individuals. They don't expect people to care for themselves so they mandate others care for them---taxpayers through government welfare or employers through mandated benefits.

When hobby lobby dies, will it go to heaven?

This is a very good point.
I hope the plaintiff's attorney responded to the female justices, "a tax penalty today could easily turn into a jail time penalty tomorrow".
One is more harsh than the other but both are punitive.
