The Note 3 has the larger screen, more RAM, and bigger (and removable) battery. If you're happy with Samsung's and TouchWiz, I'd keep it. HTC Sense is miles and miles better than TouchWiz though.

The LG G3 looks like it's going to outshine anything coming out this year. It's coming out in June I believe.

Possibly. I am interested to see how Samsung incorporates it's youm screen tech into the Note 4, if at all though.
