Seeking 401k Advice

I've just gotten into my 401k for this company about 4 months ago. It's with Fidelity and I'm 23 fwiw. Please suggest which funds I should be in and in what %s. Currently I am in the 2040 retirement port as well as 4 other funds just to blindly diversify basically.
