Did anyone know that Will Clark lives in Prairieville? Buddy of mine went to his 50th birthday party over the weekend. Huge Mansion near Pville Walmart

Well he's from NOLA. Why would this be unusual?

His mom lives next door to him, well as of 7 years ago and he lives in the subdivision down the road. Also not that big of a house compared to ones around. He was riding around in old Tacoma and going fish every day before DBacks offered him a job

I knew that. I carry two baseball cards in my truck on the off chance he'll sign them if I run into him one day.

He was my favorite player as a kid.

Very nice guy. I played a round of golf with him at CCL a few years ago. He had moved here after Katrina and had his kids in Cypress Hgts Academy.

Will Clark will be one of those forgotten players years from now - a .303 BA and .880 OPS won't compare favorably to what a lot of his contemporaries did. My bias is he wasn't one of the (majority of the) players who used PEDs to enhance his performance and suffered as a result but there's no way to ever know that.

If he had played a different position I think the numbers would "look" better

Well, he has a burning hatred for Rafael Palmeiro so I think you're on to something there.

He chewed out my friend who was a lifeguard at MCC for making his kid jump from the high dive instead of climb backward down the ladder.
