Interesting theory. No idea what it means.
Maybe she was the Mom of the family that was found dead in that house. She killed them all. Now she's bat-shite crazy and the main group is in for a nightmare in season 5.

Michonne found that painting in a house that she and Carl were exploring. It was leaning against a door that led to a child's room with a dead decomposed family in it.

All internet memes have shown this picture in relation to the little girl who went batshit cray cray and was capped by Carol.
That said, this picture looks more like the woman than the little girl (whose name is escaping me for some reason)

Look at the hair. Knotted on the right side, short on the left. That's a very specific hairstyle and it's an exact match. Can't be a coincidence.

Yeah I didn't really get the Lizzy comparison.
The woman from Terminus being the subject of that painting (which disturbs the hell out of me for some reason) makes a lot more sense.

It's actually this, what I meant was the picture was foreshadowing of Lizzie of her death in the upcoming episode.
