inFamous Second Son power opinions (so many spoilers)

Those who have played though the inFamous story and have unlocked all powers, I would like to know, which power is your favorite?
(Enter a 1 if yours was the 1st power, 2 if it was the 2nd power and so on so we don't spoil them.)
I think #3, thats the one I feel most badass using for sure

I agree with 3,2,4,1. 4 is a close third but it was missing something.

yeah it's cement. im on my second playthrough (evil) and i'm going to give Tech more of a shot.

i just got all the core relays for tech. im clearing the zones as i go. (evil on my first run) Im already infamous. It is always way easier to go evil than it is to go good.

my first playthrough i cleared all the zones first and then got all the cameras and then all the undercover agents then the audio logs 
i'm sitting at 97% just needing to get all the flying shards

the top section is already totally empty.
i have 2 zones at 0% in the lower section, 1 at 18% and three (i think) still have the D.U.P HQ.
btw, i find the neon rage blast to be way too OP, but fun none the less.

Also hopefully we get another power from paper trails.

I played the first part of part trails last night and then tried to play the second part and it wouldn't let me

I was just not too thrilled with 4. I really thought it would be awesome but it's pretty underwhelming. 3 had the coolest melee, and coolest R1 power.
I think my favorite of the special attacks would be the #2 where you lift all and blast them, then #1. The flying up into 3 pieces, forming together, and slamming back down is just a awesome every time.
I will say for #4 if you upgrade it to where you can boost 3 times in one jump, it's pretty damn cool. You hover for like 15 seconds before coming down.
