c'mon. just need to get all those who worked on the part one of this effort ( Top 15) to do another 12 and we'll have enough for consensus.

Here's a few #16-27 from big boards-

16. Cyrus Kouandjio
OT
Alabama
Prototypical physical tools and is effective in pass and run games.
17. Ra'Shede Hageman
DT
Minnesota
Former basketball standout with freakish size, speed, athleticism.
18. Marqise Lee
WR
USC
Electrifying playmaker but slight build and durability are concerns.
19. Timmy Jernigan
DT
Florida St.
Undersized penetrating three-technique with excellent quickness
20. Kony Ealy
DE
Missouri
Raw but developing talent with a large frame and major upside.
21. David Yankey
OG
Stanford
Big, powerful athlete gets the job done as a run and pass blocker.
22. Ryan Shazier
OLB
Ohio St.
Undersized but compensates with exceptional speed and instincts.
23. Zack Martin
OT
Notre Dame
4-year starter at left tackle but may kick inside at the next level.
24. Hasean Clinton-Dix
S
Alabama
Prototypical size / speed and effective against both pass and run.
25. Darqueze Dennard
CB
Michigan St.
Aggressive with solid physical tools and even better intangibles.
26. Trent Murphy
DE
Stanford
Limited athletically but is extremely tough with a non-stop motor.
27. Jace Amaro
TE
Texas Tech
Great athlete with a large frame is essentially a WR in a TE's body.

Zach Martin OT Notre Dame (OG)
Darqueze Dennard CB Michigan State

we got 17 in the first part of this. It's quite a logjam of 6-8 guys as stands now. 3 or 4 more should be able to shake that out to get a clearer consensus

Dennard isn't available. You have to pick someone else. Gilbert and Evans aren't available either.

we're close, the first 10 are about locked up. There's still 5 guys to shake out for the #11-12 spots. Two more voters should it.

Here's your opportunity to be who determines the list. If you haven't yet it's this simple...

Name the Top 12 players you would rank for possible #27 selection after the following 12. That is, list your top choices excluding these-
Clowney
Bortles
Watkins
Mack
Matthews
Robinson
Gilbert
Evans
Manziel
Clinton-Dix
Barr
Dennard
Bridgewater
Lewan
Pryor

How do Cooks and Mosely have the same number of votes if everyone voted for Mosely but I didn't vote for Cooks?

Good question. I'll look into it.

ETA:
I didn't notice it before you brought it up, but whitesuburban92 voted for Cooks twice. Taking out his votes we end up with:

# Name Position # Votes
1 Mosley LB 15
2 Cooks WR 14
3 Lee WR 14
4 Shazier LB 14
5 Verrett CB 13
6 Ealy DE 12
7 Beckham WR 11
8 Ebron TE 11
9 Fuller CB 11
10 Donald DT 8
11 Roby CB 8
12 Ford DE 7
