Who will lobby for the taxpayers?

As the legislative session kicks off special interest will spend countless hours and money trying to get the leges to give them our money.
Trouble is no one is over there lobbying to save our money.
Life is much easier for the legislator that simply agrees to give away our money. Like Pavlov's dog he gets his rewards when he votes to give away our money but receives nothing when he votes to save our money.
Take the time to email your representative and let him know you appreciate any effort he makes to save money. You never know when just a quick email may save us millions.
Look at just some of the efforts of a special interest group to wrestle away tax payer money.

(Note how they still use the stupid stat about taking a $1 in tax and "putting into the state $5" in spending as if they are the same thing).
The site shows over 500 members as leeches after our money.

FEATURING LFEA and reporting of its success having David Tatman lobby the Legislature to save and enhance our tax credits with recordbreaking citizen contact to Legislators and Governor. David will report on our successes in our grassroots effort and its Lobbying at the Legislature and about this Victory being a miracle in Baton Rouge. We will discuss future plans and activities as we need to continue to stay on top of it in Baton Rouge and now we need to get permanency and keep stability. Documentation and Statistics will be given as to our success and boom in the industry and that it is putting into the state $5.00 for every $1.00 spent.
We thank David Tatman and the LFEA for the miraculous work they have done in Baton Rouge in the past session and the past years.

Just a relevant example of how our government spends so much.
