No lunch yet. I still feel like crap.



Literally had 2.5 drinks and some shot last night and I'm feeling hungover. Getting old sucks.

I drank coffee but it didn't help.
Drinking vitamin water right now and ate 4 tums.

I will be surrounding by like 15 toddlers in a couple of hours.....this is gonna suck

I saw the most difference in my legs though with t25...def tightened and toned them up


I was supposed to go to the gym today to make up a workout I missed this week. Not now. Oh well

yeah my legs are power plants but i'm carrying a lot of weight and traditionally it takes a few weeks for me to get my legs in beast mode. i couldn't do the entire workout but i did some pretty hardcore stuff
