President Barry Poppins needs to pick up the phone.

take good notes and do the opposite. Make the call, Barry.

No need to call when you have his playbook.

Actually, it DOES show an arrogance and lack of wisdom.
Certainly, I have fairly low view of Carter....relative to PRESIDENTS. But, the fact that O is the ONLY one to not even solicit input tells me something.
"My way is the only way". I have never regretted considering another person's point of view. Never. I have often found my thoughts on a subject were limited...even when I really believed that I had a good grasp on the subject.
Arrogance.....incompetence......disheartening

Its why I detest liberals, They know what's best for everybody, and won't listen to alternate views. They'll even rejoice in the courts overturning voted decisions of the population, and go scorched earth to win their points. They cry racism to win the day, while they are the Biggest racist that exist. They hide behind everything, except the truth..Obama is just a product of this failed philosophy.

Could not have said it any better, BHP.

Even bad Presidents had their areas of expertise, so it's surprising that the current President wouldn't give Carter a call about something. That's just plain stupid.
Seeing as how he's screwing up the country in an unprecedented way, my guess is his phone won't be ringing off the hook from future Presidents.

Carter admitted he couldn’t answer with “complete candor,” only saying that it was the result of a dispute between the administration and the Carter Center on Middle East policy, a “sensitive area in which the president didn’t want to be involved.”
Too busy - vacationing, golfing, walking on the beach with Reggie, trying to play basketball, filling out tournament brackets, partying, and riding girly bikes.

The question is, "Has Vallerie Jarret solicited Jimmah's council?"

It's the same reason he skips so many National Security briefings. He's so sure he's right on everything, there's no reason to consider other opinions.

Did you know that Valerie Jarrett's uncle was Chairman of the Am. Communist Paty based in Chicago? Very un-American anti-business,anti-jobs philosophy.

Cool dudes don't take advice from wankers.

What is there to lose?
And it could well be an improvement on your own POV. They may be seeing something you missed.

Why is Carter's interview appearing on "Meet the Press" tomorrow, March 23rd?
Oh, yeah, I forgot ...
"Simon & Schuster will publish a new book by Jimmy Carter on the treatment of women, the publisher said on Tuesday.
The book, “A Call to Action: Women, Religion, Violence and Power,” is planned for release on March 25."

Wanna bet the book gets plugged?

Boy, that book sounds like a real winner.
Just think, obama will probably live to be 90 so we have almost 40 years of him being the media's new favorite ex-president
Seriously, since the media still absolutely adores cater how fricked up do you have to be as a dem president for them to put away the kneepads?
