Where is the best bar or restaurant in Baton Rouge with good outdoor seating or patio? Would like to go enjoy the weather this afternoon with a drink and an app somewhere. What's your favorite spot?

Parrain's patio isn't bad.
Also Portico.
The views aren't necessarily great at either but the patios alone are pretty nice.
