What are you talking about....the top prospect in IL does have an offer from LSU but he is a USC lean right now(and no not the shitty south carolina).

I'm a little surprised of the delta between TX and FL. I always thought they were close. Have to consider one may be recruited differently than the other (or by different people). Can affect timing of offers I suppose.
