We were debating this question at work, but I wanted to get the sage advice of the OT.
Ceteris paribus, what situation would lead to a higher probability of contracting an STD: i) unprotected sex with female porn stars or ii) unprotected sex with random broads at your local bar / drinking establishment.

I would imagine that STDs are more prevalent than observed since those who fail testing are likely marginalized and pushed aside.
